Part No. RF006, Model 48.
Long immersion type block heater situated in the drain pan underneath the bottom of the fridge used to evaporate the water collected from defrosting the evaporator.
32Volt 20Watt heater, length 21.5cm.
Note: some very old models use a 240volt heater which looks similar. This heater is no longer available, and is mow illegal due to being dangerous. Fridges fitted with this older type heater must be modified with a 32volt stepdown transformer so that the heater in this listing can be used instead.
Used on many very old cyclic defrost & no-frost Malleys Whirpool refrigerators.”
