Description
The thermocouple is an element of the safety system that monitors the burner flame. And in the event of absence or extinction of the flame, it sends a signal to the solenoid valve which will shut off the gas supply. A thermocouple is a simple heat sensor that does not have complex electronic devices inside. The thermocouple can only burn out. If your gas stove burns out, it stops working normally and there will be interruptions in the gas supply to the burner. Thermostat – used in gas stoves with a built-in oven to maintain the temperature set by the user. It independently regulates the gas supply and turns the heating on or off. This is a tap to which a copper tube is connected; at its end there is a probe, which measures the temperature inside your oven. Inside the temperature sensor there is a liquid, which, when the required temperature is reached, expands and shuts off the gas supply to a minimum. Thereby maintaining the temperature you set.
